The first clue is if they offer you a "deal". When any business is doing well, they usually do not give away their service.

If they want a large down payment, back off. Sometimes hosting your web site on their search engine can be a good thing for the money they expect. Usually it is not.

A good search engine knows that its hosting service is valuable. Thus the impetus is on you to use them.

Another complicating factor can be "slow" clicks. By this I mean that you are not getting the expected volume of clicks. Could it be your web hosting service? If the web site is up 24/7 then you must look elsewhere.

It is entirely possible to put your eggs in the wrong basket as the saying goes. There are pay per click services that work and there are pay per click services that just collect money.

It is not my place to point the finger at any of these services. However, I can tell you what to look out for. When you find the service that you think would help you, do NOT put a lot of money into it. They may be making web offers that sound really good. For them to be hosting your site on their search engine they also have to deliver. By "deliver" I mean clicks. If they are "slow" the click department then they do not have a lot of visitors.

There are quite a few of these out there. They may be offering a web hosting service for your search engine key word terms but can they deliver the clicks?
