1.1 About Go4Fax Machine 

Go4Fax Machine is capable of sending and receiving faxes.
It can store the send and received faxes in a directory of your choice.
It is capable of simultaneously printing and storing the received faxes.

1.2 Requirements 

Operating System - Windows 2000 or later

Go4Fax Machine is based on the Microsoft Fax Service.

1.3 Hardware 


PC with Windows 2000 or XP and RAM above 64 MB for best performance .
Your PC should be connected to FAx modem. 

What Modems does Go4Fax Supports: 

Go4Fax works on all three classes of modem viz.

1)CLASS 1 Modem
2)CLASS 2 Modem
3)CLASS 2.0 Modem

The default modem supported is CLASS 1 Modem.

SENDING A FAX

Go4Fax is capable of sending a Fax.

To Send a Fax click the "Send" button option as shown

Fill the options available viz.

1)Enter the Fax Number where to send a Fax.
2)Select the full path of the file to be send.
3)Select the full path of the dirctory where the send faxes will be stored.

When you are finished filling the options, click the "Start" Option on the main window.You will see the list of the modems installed on your PC as shown

Select one of the modem you want to utilize to send the fax as shown
When you are ready to send the fax click the "OK" button .
The status of the send fax will be displayed on the main window.

Receiving A Fax

Go4Fax is capable of Receiving a Fax.

To Receive a Fax click the "Receive" button option as shown

Fill the options available viz.

1)Select the full path of the dirctory where the recceived faxes will be stored.
2)If you want Go4Fax to print the received then check the "Print" option. 

When you are finished filling the options, click the "Start" Option on the main window
to select the modem as shown

You will see the list of the modems installed on your PC as shown

Select one of the modem you want to utilize to receive the fax as shown

When you are ready to send the fax click the "OK" button .
The status of the received fax will be displayed on the main window.

How To See Received Faxes

In the main window select the "CALLS" option as shown
you will see the window as shown

Select "Fax(Received)Calls" tab option
you will see the window as shown

Now Select the Date and click "Show Message" to see the faxes received on selected date.
